ORGANIZATION FACILITATION COMMITTEE (OFC): provides leadership in facilitating the generation, development and implementation of organizational structures, policies, and procedures; the committee is composed of the key position members.

ARBITRATION COMMITTEE (AC): arbitrates in regard to the interpersonal and structural problems that are not resolved through the informal and formal means as set forth in the Problem Resolution Procedures; the committee will also serve as the governing board. Members will be elected by the voting members.
