Starting the Association is an absolutely NO RISK venture. There is no reason not to try! All Professional Member funds ($150/yr. fees) and all Patron Member funds ($100/yr) will be deposited into a secure bank account at "X" bank (to be determined). No one will be able to access the account until the Membership Agreement is signed by all Professional Members and the final "draft" of the web site is approved by all Professional Members. If the necessary funding is not reached (approximately $850,000), then ALL FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED. Simple as that.
