This is an Agreement to donate pictures of myself to Dan Mathers and G. Michael Blahnik (known as The Authors), allowing them to use said pictures in their book Unsocial Media, Part 2 according to the following conditions.  

1.  Any pictures of me that I donate to The Authors for use in their book, Unsocial Media, Part 2, will not be altered in any way, aside from being shrunk to fit the format of the page.

2.  The pictures donated will be used to represent fictional characters in the fictional book, Unsocial Media, Part 2.

3.  The pictures I am donating for use in the book Unsocial Media, Part 2, are pictures of myself and no one else.

4.  I, as donator of pictures of myself,  will not expect or demand payment or remuneration of any kind from The Authors for their use of my pictures in their book, Unsocial Media, Part 2.

5.  In submitting pictures of myself for The Authors to use as characters in their book, Unsocial Media, Part 2, I am agreeing to hold harmless The Authors, publishers, agents, and heirs from any damages and will forgo litigation regarding the use of any photo I submit to be used as characters in their book.
